“Work it out!” is a resource management and stealth game in an office setting. The player works in an upcoming office and tries to fulfill their daily tasks. But working too much can be bad for their mental health and could lead to a burnout. Instead of working the player can do different activities, like watering the plants, sitting on the toilet or sleeping. But the coworkers – especially the boss – shouldn't see them slack off. They need to hide from their coworkers or give them treats to brighten their mood. If the boss isn’t happy with the player's performance – they will get fired.
